I have been asked by several racers about the eligibility requirements for the Endurance Championship.
So here are the requirements.
'Section 5. 5c All machines must meet applicable VRRA class rules to be eligible. '
In a nutshell, if you run a P3 heavy 'endurance' bike it must also be eligible for P3 heavy 'sprint' under VRRA rules.
No mix and match. No P3's with P4 components, oversize engines etc. . No P2's with P3 bits and no P4's with what may be ,potentially , P5 bits.
Although we run under 'Heavy, Middle,Light and Pre72' categories, there is a handicap system in place. For this system to work the bikes must be class eligible as per VRRA rules.
The rules and procedures for the Endurance Championship can be found on the VRRA website.
If you are fielding a bike I recommend giving it a good close read.
It will give you everything you need to know.
Happy wrenching.
Miles.
