Rule change online voting?

I am not sure whether this is the correct place to post this but I'm sure Brock will correct me if I'm wrong
I want very much to vote on the rule changes but don't know how to do so....every time I try to jam the ballot in the diskdrive it just makes a funny noise??? Do I have to bribe someone to get acess to the members only page, I can do a little dance if nessisary(get your head outta the gutter....that ain't happening!).......I know I've kinda sorta left it to the last minute but I'm sure half of you are still wrenching your bikes on a friday before a race so I feel it almost appropriate
