BTW-That's one wicked Harley, 520 pounds, 88hps, questionable race frame(great road bike) and no slippery bodywork = 1.31s at Mosport for those guys at the front, explain that to me!

Crevier has won his share of cups, did they actually run those bikes over a scale and dyno after the race?
Looks like the suspension counts, and trying to lighten something spinny in the engine by 8 lbs, it will spin up quicker but shouldn't affect HP.
From CSBK site:
HORSEPOWER LIMITS
For the XR1200 class, each machine may develop no more than 92 hp at the conclusion of the event.
WEIGHT LIMITS
XR1200 machines must weigh no less than 512 pounds in the same condition in which they finish the race, including all fluids such as oil, water and fuel. Weights will be checked immediately following races, and no fluid may be added prior to the determination of weight or horsepower check on the Dyno.
