For sale, The Legend, "Rosie" the ZX7R

Postby Colin Duncan » Mon Oct 10, 2016 5:15 pm

Yes, it's true! You too can now own the legend "Rosie" the ZX7R

Championship winning P4 F1 weapon. Think she even has a lap record somewhere in the past!
Many podiums and two championships, certainly more left in her with the right pilot.

Admittedly, Rosie is not looking at her prime due to a little incident at the TT this year, but the good news is she can take a punch like no other and successfully ran at CTMP and Calabogie.

The good,
Stock motor with the cams degreed, one of the most reliable bikes on our grid.
Akrapovic carbon can
Forks, originally done by John Sharrard, 1.0 springs and race tech goodies. Just freshened up by Fast Co. Scott Miller, new seals as well.
Shock, Fox, also just freshened by Scott Miller, new Elka spring.

The Ugly,
Bodywork damaged, but repairable.
Spare very good tank, hoover pipes etc to get her back to her former glory
Have full graphics kit
New windsheild (light smoke)

The Deal,
As she sits, straight from the track, all good, $2500 with ownership
Fully repaired and painted by the man himself, Ken Foley, $3500

Negotiable goodies,
Spare wheels with rains, street parts, more seals and gaskets than you can imagine, spare good motor, parts bike with ownership blah, blah, blah.........

If Period 5 was a reality, then maybe!
But for now, no thank you.
Appreciate the offer.

Hello Colin

Any chance you have new bottom end bearings in your parts bin?
