Will the P5 rules and class be voted on to be fully accepted and permanent at this years AGM?

If so, when would it be appropriate to present an amendment to the current rules?
At the same AGM, prior or after the class is accepted?

Yes the P5 rules will be voted on at the agm.

I would prefer to receive any proposed changes asap, so that we can review them and if considered acceptable by the P5 committee and the tech committee, they could be incorporated before the vote. Several changes have been made during the trial period.
