Fins and Guards

My thought was that both swing arm “fins” and front brake lever guards were mandatory. I can’t find mention of either in the rule book. Am I missing anything?

Neither are mentioned because neither are required in the VRRA.

They are required pretty much everywhere else and I would still recommend using them.
