Hawk Rear Master Cylinder

Postby Brian Stevenson » Thu Jan 25, 2024 6:06 pm

Does anyone know if the 650 Hawk shared the rear master cylinder with any other bikes, or if there is one from another bike that will bolt on.

I have a set of Hawk rear sets I would like to use but the master cylinder is junk. There was water in it and is all pitted.

Thanks in Advance.

Pretty sure i have one... but IIRC they were installed on pretty well every Honda of the generation.
Do I have to look for it?

Thanks Jim. That's good to know.

I tried to cross reference the part number in Partzilla but came up with nothing.I have a couple of late 80's and early 90's Honda master cylinders in a tote at my sons. Let me dig them out but stand by

Thanks Jim.

I found one in my tote full of junk from a 600 F2 that bolts right on. I just had to swap the rod. Appreciate the pointer
