VRRA,
We've waited patiently.
Any chance we can see an accounting for this year's Endurance Teams sometime soon ?
Thanks

Peter is trying to get the sheet added to our results section today as well. I spent an hour trying to get the sheet here on the forum. I gave up. Facebook is just so easy to publish to. The forum is impossible...

What happened to the results for the endurance series???
It seems to be a little messed up. I look at the sheet and it tells me that Mike Vinten's Ducati, which runs in P3-Lightweight just like my GPz550, gets a handicap of 5 laps. I got 3 handicap laps at Shannonville and nothing at CTMP. Also, I'm shown with NO racing laps at Grand Bend, the only race where we actually ran the whole 2 hours. And before you even ask, YES, we DID hand in the sheets at all 3 rounds.
I have run all the endurance races except one during the 10 years I have been with this club and did so for the extra track time as well as the friendships I made with my teammates. There have been some trophies during that time but the main reason I ran those races was for the track time and now I'm teaming up with Vincent Doyle (#431), a new racer who needs the extra track time so winning isn't EVERYTHING to me but I think that if you are going to run an endurance series you need to ensure the results are correct and VISIBLE.
The main questions I have are:
1) What were the classes we raced in this year? Just 3 classes or the same as in years gone by?
2) In the case of it being only 3 classes, which bikes were eligible in which class and how were the handicap laps determined?
3) What happened to the results sheets? Can we find them and decipher the results properly to determine ACTUAL winners?

Oh boy you bitched a lot less when you were CC
We will work on making the corrections in the next few weeks, we are very hard at work on the show stuff...

Bitching?? Hell, that's not BITCHING!!!! If I'd of been bitching, I would have mentioned the 2nd place medal I got for P1-250 at St-Eustache in the race I DNF'ed in!!!! Now THAT would be bitching!!!!

It would be nice to see the correct season results first requested in August. Why such a delay?
Thanks

I have the spreadsheet, I can make it read anything you and Brian would like it to read, but I don't have any of the original score sheets. Sorry, this was my first year, there was a lot on the table and very little help to get it cleared. I'm sure now that Miles and I have a much better handle on things that Paul and I did in creating the series, it'll go better.

No one needs to cook the books for me or my teams sake ok ? Sorry Ashton I don't like that comment.
I just thought the Endurance teams who put effort into the 2015 series would like the results, still do, fair enough?
An acknowledgement at the AGM for the Teams competing in the 2015 series would have been nice as well.
In my opinion Endurance racing has been a lost puppy with the VRRA for a long time. I've always been hopeful that the next year will be better. In that light , thanks Paul for all your past efforts, thanks Miles for stepping up & thanks Aston for all you do. It has gotten better.
I'm in/Team Tenacious will be in for the 2016 season. God knows on what. I'm liking a P3 Hvwt Lead Wing so far.
Let's make 2016 a great season for Endurance Racing.
