This will be done at tech.

All ER bikes will have the fuel cap removed to check, bring your key or screwdriver with you!

5d. Water drain in cap well of fuel tanks fitted with flush mount caps must be plugged at the fuel cap
location with a rubber bung.

From rulebook, we're just checking for it now.
