That one looks more like it should be a restoration job rather than a hack it apart and build a road racer from it project, but you're the boss!
Or... are you looking at defraying the cost of the conversion by selling the (many) stock parts to restorers?
BTW, a TR2 fairing should fit around those pesky carbs that stick out the sides of the motor, but you already knew that, didn't you?
Now, if you could find some A1-R cylinders for it...

Also heard about a race-spec Honda 250 (CB72) lurking about, but might be more fiction than fact and the subject of another thread...

Posted: Wed Feb 18, 2015 8:16 amI sent it to a machine shop and had it put in an oven and then bead blasted. Plasti-coat alternator paint and the 2 coats of clear.....
