Hello Guys,
I am trying to piece together a Daytona for Mosport, if anybody has some bits laying around, ie. brake parts ,rearsets, tires, crank, please let me know, I will post some progress pics soon. Look forward to going back to my roots on this one (am400 prod. 1977). Cheers, Col

Hmmm still something missing, all because of a crank seal issue.....

I had quite a problem getting the rear brake to release properly, found that except for the longest wheelbase setting that the shock was interfering with the caliper and stopping it floating . Anybody see any issues with turing the shock around (resovoir at front). i do not think it will affect the shock action but would like a second opoinion. Cheers Col

I don't see why you could not mount them upside down? then you have plenty of room for the caliper to work.

Thanks Scott, That motor was excellent (apart from stuck rings). Iwill post a pick soon... I tried the fairing on the daytona. IT WILL LOOK GREAT. Thanks again and if you need any bits let me know. I may be of help, but it is tough as your standards are high. Cheers, Col
