1985 GPz750 in Great Shape
Posted: Sun Aug 30, 2015 8:44 am$1985. Great bike but, two is one too many right now. Was going to be a modern take on Wayne Rainey's old superbike but space and time are way too limited. Going to focus on my KZ750-L (mini ELR) project instead.
I bought it from a buddy who didn't understand that proper winter storage (carb draining) would prevent spring running problems. Engine and carbs freshly rebuilt with all original Kawasaki parts.
Engine top end. New cylinder (yes, cylinder), pistons, rings, valve seals, gaskets.
Carbs. Fully disassembled and painted. Rebuilt with all new o-rings and gaskets. Synchronized and pilots set.
Bike starts immediately with first push of the button. New battery.
Stock seat (little tear), turbo seat, low cut sport seat included.
Also have factory lowers (included in 1985) for it. Left, middle part is cracked though from a tip over in the driveway.
