This is a modified RG 500 Gamma 4 cylinder 2 stroke. The pistons( 570 CC kit) are new with dyno time only. Turned 94 RWHP with carbs unturned. Power was from 6400 to 10, 500 RPM, ran 400 degrees on EGTs mounted on bike.( carbs set too rich) Custom built pipes-heat wrapped, Titanium and Alum fasteners , 36 MM Mik TM W/ only 2 air filters....carbs-custom adapted RG throttle cables and starter jets adapted to TZ thumb starter jet lever, extra brass tubing-1 way valves if you wanted to set it up for oil injection later - currently premix 50:1, many jets, custom built( a lot of items) carb angle mount , instrument panel mount W/ stock tack & Auto acc., heat/sender, 2 dual EGTs, relocated battery and wiring to Ft., air box, wired for ON/OFF, 2 gel cell batteries with alum mounting brackets. Frame was professionally aligned and I gusseted it and the swing arm, custom torque tube to TZ Rr caliper- disc-5.5 Rr wheel W/ many Rr sprockets and 3 Ft sprockets 520 1 new unwrapped chain, 4340 gun drilled Rr axle-titanium bolts, remote reservoir - bracket, new Fox Shock, rebuilt TZ 350 USD forks W/ custom adapter brackets, TZ clip-ons, TZ Ft., rim 3 X 17 W/ 25mm TZ axle, Brembo dual Ft calipers, remote reservoir, 290mm dual discs, custom built fork stops. Set up for track can be adjusted to street riding. TZ Steering damper, heavier fork springs installed, set up for 165 LB rider + suited up. Radiator tested and painted. Carbon Fiber Custom Generator Cover. Heads have been CCd & polished + re-squished to match new pistons.

Things to do: Finish mounting and modifying fairing, replace windscreen
: re-jet carbs
: new tires
:paint fairing seat Ft fender ( all in white primer)
: 1 small dent on top of tank
: cylinder barrels need to be decked
: over flow canister to relocated

This bike was built for reliability. Pistons Teflon coated, balanced to 1/2 a gram of each other and to the stock Gamma piston weight. Ports have been matched only. Power band was improved from original 7500 to 9500 to what it is now! 6400 to 10,500

This is the best bike I have ever ridden. handling is superlative. Total bike weight wet 1/2 tank of gas 298 LB with 525 chain and sprockets. Expect - 3 LB with 520 on.

Comes with spares , gaskets, magneto winding, race mixing oil etc etc.

I am looking for some one to make a very reasonable offer. If you have some XS 650 ( 75- kit raicng sleeves, ignition etc) racing stuff to trade in we can talk. I can't race any more. Hoping this will be done up for the track. there are many stock Gamma parts that come with it as well.
