Aermacchi 350 Sprint Vintage Road Racer

Frame is based on a 1970 Aermacchi 350SS with steering head angle altered to 24 degrees, swing arm pivot moved forward and lower and swing arm lengthened to give modern road race geometry. All welding done by master TIG welder. Now it handles very well!

18” wheels with Akront rims, Buchanan SS spokes. Brakes relined and radiused with hubs modified for cooling and lightness. Dunlop race tyres.

Ceriani 35mm period road race forks. Works shocks custom ordered specifically for this bike.

Engine is based on 1973 SS350 double roller bearing block/crank. Block and crank modified to elegantly remove the E Start pieces. Custom left side engine cover made from billet. Crank rebuilt with Lancaster crank pin kit, Carillo rod, Omega piston, re-sleeved barrel. Cylinder head gas flowed by Tim Speigelberg, and he specified and built the engine. Straight cut primary gears with factory race ratio. Mega cycle cam. Jung close ratio gear box. Makes 35 reliable horsepower at the rear wheel. ( See Dyno Chart)

Has a full bubble fairing (not fitted) as well as assorted parts, manuals etc. Bike is ready to run. More details can be supplied on request.

Asking $8500 or best offer.
