We are in search of an OEM or other manufacturer's pipe for our second bike. When we went to the barn to retrieve the original one mice had built a nest in it and it literally broke into three pieces.

I may have a Turfrey pipe for one.

I bought a MT125r motor a long time ago with the intent of putting it into a Cagiva Mito frame but never got around to it and sold the motor. It came with a pipe. If I still have it and, more importantly if I can find it, you can have it. Give me a week or so to dig through piles of junk. I took a lot of old 2 stroke stuff to the dump a few years ago but I don't recall taking this.

He was the pipe maker for the factory Yamaha team when they raced 500cc bikes and I believe he also built the pipes for the KR3. He made very nice stuff that performed well.

I found the pipe, but also a tote with a bunch of parts that came with the engine including what looks to be an RSC liquid cooled cylinder, head, waterpump and a bunch of pistons and rings and what not. I believe the pipe was made for this cylinder as it slips nicely onto the spigot

I doubt very much if that pipe will fit an aircooled bike without a lot of modification as the spigot for the exhaust is huge on the water cooled cylinder. Its way, way bigger than my 350 even

I don't know enough about these bikes to know if the cylinder helps the motor or is just sort of a junky, gimmicky thing to add watercooling for the "coolness factor". I'll ask on the UK forum.
