Looking for a GPZ550/KZ550/ZR550/GPZ600/GPX600 header or even a complete exhaust. Every time I start the bike mine cracks. Would prefer Stainless.

There is a guy in the UK makes nice Titanium ones. Unfortunatly they are not legal but if they were, I'd have to sell a kidney

Actually, does anyone have a source for 321 or 304 exhaust tubing in the GTA. Looking for around 32 mm ID

Lyell's sells stainless exhaust tubing bends. They have tube bending equipment. They recently moved to Dundas.

Thanks Bruce. I'll definitely check them out.

I did find a company in Taiwan that makes 650/750 4:1 pipes out of 321 stainless. The main difference between the 550 and the 650 is that the 650 motor is about an inch or so taller and the exhaust port spacing is wider. The tube I/D, mounting flanges, etc. are all the same. The pipe looks like a Kerker copy

The complete 650 pipe is around $220 so I had our sales guy in Asia reach out to them. I think it should be possible to shorten the down tubes about an inch or so and the since the pipes push into the collector and are held on with springs it should be relatively easy to adjust the spacing. Trying to see if they will just sell me the header and the mid pipe.
