I know this is a long shot, but does anyone have one kicking around they are not using?

I may consider a complete bike as well.

Thanks for looking

Byron will make you one.
How about a Yetman frame instead? Byron can make you of those too

I had to google Yetman. That's pretty cool. Very elegant

the TAB frame is better than both of those. I almost bought one before the original maker passed away, but Davies has replicas.

Those look really cool. The only problem is crating and shipping.

I ended up taking a stock CB350 frame to Cox Customs this morning so he is looking at it to see if it could be improved. It will never be on of those though.

what I did to mine, if done by a pro like Byron makes a decent difference. I have side braces direct from steering head to the swingarm- the right side is removable for engine access.

As a P2 bike, my bike made just under 50hp and the frame was never an issue with this mod.

Byron might prefer an SL350 frame to start with as its all tube and no pressed steel shit. on their own they are much flimsier than a CB frame. The SL also has a 1" longer swingarm which is what I run on my CB as it shifts the weight forward.

email me if you want pics or info.

thanks, Chris

Thanks Chris. I'll reach out on email.

The problem with the CB and SL frame is that they both have that "tube" running from the top of the frame down to bottom of the frame directly behind the engine. I've mocked the motor up with both and I just cant get the carbs on as they sit exactly in the same place as the down tube. That somehow needs to be cut out and replaced with something but its probably cheaper just buying a new frame.

My friend is building a CB350F and has a couple of those frames. They split with two tubes coming down the back so i'm going to borrow one and see if the twin will go in. I suspect not as I think its taller than the four and is shorter front to back.

The bizzare thing though is it drops directly into an RZ frame. You would think it was made for it, even the rear top engine mounts line up. It also drops in from the top like the Drixton so its easy to install. Tech may have something to say about that though :)
