Custom Motorcycle Screens

I've been struggling trying to find a screen for the Airtech Fairing I have on my Suzuki GS1000. The closest fit - its actually damn near perfect - is the Mid 80's TZ250, except its about an inch too short at each side.

Does anyone know of a company that can make a custom TZ250 screen that's about an inch longer? A YZF500 may do as its the same taper at the front but the fairing its self looks longer

I would simply cut the ends of the ears to match the screen but the fairing its self will be too short to attach to the rear brackets

Thanks for looking

About 10 years ago I made a screen for the fairing on my Kawasaki. I think Lexan. A Jigsaw plastic blade and a heat gun and a cardboard template. Fastened it with nylon nuts and bolts. raced it for 2 years then took it and the clip-ons off. Too old to bend over that far. There are different kinds of plexiglass and I think the Lexan was the strongest(shatter proof ?) Survived a couple of crashes and faired better than the rider.

Forgot to mention I think you can still buy it at Home Depot.
