Thats right!
The entire 2023 season has been carefully created in RaceDay and is now ready to go.

So here is how it works.
Go to the VRRA's RaceDay page

https://vrra.raceday.pro/sign_in

Clicking on the event you want to register for at the top of the screen and follow the drop down menus.
If you don't have any bikes in your garage then you'll have to add at least one. It only takes a few minutes.
On the next page is the 'add ons and extras' where you can choose to rent a transponder or donate to the Rider safety Fund.
Then proceed to the check out page.

RaceDay does not have a tired discount system to give you guys a break when registering for multiple classes at the same event. So what I've done is create discount codes that you can enter in.

Use 2RACECLASSES if you've added a second class to your event. That will give you $70 off your total.
The following discount codes are self explanatory.

3RACECLASSES
4RACECLASSES
5RACECLASSES

These discount codes work for each event.
So if you enter three classes for Round 3 use the 3RACECLASSES.

Friday practice and the Endurance Race do not count as classes. Sprints only.
And the Masters and the Warwick Cup also are not eligible for the discount.

You will have to register for each event individually. It's fast so it shouldn't take long.

If you have any questions or problems, do not hesitate to contact me at cc.vrra@gmail.com
I can fix or correct any mistake no matter how large.

One question with the new software, I see it seems any number may be entered for any one of our bikes.
How are the rider numbers being tracked and maintainted?
In series tracker there was a greyed out list.

Just want to make sure I've entered my info correctly.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Since RaceDay is new to us, there is no history in which we can 'hold' a number for a member until they register with a competition membership. After filling out the 'About Me' section you can enter in your plate number and that stops anyone else from registering a duplicate.

I've created a master list of all the racers from last year and their plate numbers.
Through May the Registrar and I will double check all the registered racers and make sure all the boxes have been filled in.

All new plate number requests can go to either me or the registrar.

What do us old relics that don't have hi-tech phones do as regards to the waivers etc.? Sign something at registration or print the forms and bring them to registration?

There are three links in Race Day under the "Library" tab. 2023 VRRA General Liability Waiver and 2023 VRRA Concussion Code of Conduct are filled out easily on any desktop, laptop, etc. Just copy and paste the link. Takes less than a minute each.

2023 Hagerty MotorSportReg SpeedWaiver is required by our insurance company, who insists on this format that takes your mug shot. It DOES require something with a camera in it - phone, tablet, laptop. Someone at registration will run that one for you.

In fact, here are the links so you don't even have to log in to Race Day again:

General Liability
https://vrra.onlinewaiverpro.com/waiver ... b3c04c0fc9

Concussion Code Of Conduct
https://vrra.onlinewaiverpro.com/waiver ... 4be00bafdb

Hagerty Insurance - requires device with camera. It doesn't have to be a phone and it doesn't have to be YOUR phone. You could get a friend or neighbour to click on the link.
