pre-registration cut off

After that- if you want to add a class etc.- it will be at track and the price is increased another 10%.
If you don't pre-register at all and were thinking you would just register at the track....
You best buy your rider and crew tickets or you won't be able to get in to register at the track.
We are being very firm on this.
