Sweeping changes to the Vintage Festival by HB Cycle Schedule!

Most notably is the P4VC is moved back to the last race on Saturday, and if all goes well I believe (hope) to be able to squeak our qualifiers under the wire at 4 laps each and (seriously) beg for forgiveness on a bit of over-run Saturday. It was making me sick to see a 3-lap anything... And... If this schedule holds, we may be able to get 6 laps on Sunday too!

Second, the reason for the sweeping changes is there is an inordinate number of early period entries, which is a wonderful problem to have!! So I re-arranged to accommodate those entries, and in order to balance the equation I re-created the Warwick Cup as a complete heat/final pairing it with Pre-65 350, and that combo has 20 entries! Great job this event to our P1 and older periods, serious representation this year!

PLEASE try to accommodate this new schedule in these final 2 days of Pre-Reg, it's a good one!

Hope the schedule changes a bit, I'm registered in both P1-500, and P1-Open which are running at the same time

Did you just register? I had NO conflicts when I posted this, and I'll be honest, I have no way of resolving that conflict without scrapping what's been built

I found a fix! I'll wait till Thursday to make any more changes, but if all remains the same P1-Open will get re-combined and run with Pre-65 350 and the Warwick cup. Not a bad match up, but I'm running out of
combination options that keep us under 42 bikes on track and isn't a wild mix of periods running together...

I agreed to run another Norton in P1 Open, as the schedule is now that would mean 3 races in a row for me, P1 Open, P2 Heavy and P3 Middle which would be perhaps a bit much, I have not signed up officially for P1 Open we will see if it gets moved, that would work. Hard enough to run P2H and P3M on the Norton back to back...

The following will be posted outside registration for all racers for review. If for whatever reason you can't meet the following requirements before arriving at registration please remain outside of registration until those that have met the criteria have been processed and are on their way to tech.

Rider Info Sheet comes down this Thursday at the close of pre-registration.

Registration requirements-

Gate ticket in hand

One release form printed and signed for each day you're registering for.

One tech form per bike printed and filled out top to bottom.

RACE or ASM membership card in hand if RACE Insurance fee is not paid on release form.

$200.00 deposit or credit card in hand if renting a transponder.

In 6 hours pre-registration will be closed for the 2017 Vintage Festival by HB Cycle! Congratulations to all who've pre-registered we have crested the 200 racer mark and are just a few entries short of 1000!

We might finally make the Mosport pits look small!

What do you mean "One release form for each day you are registering"? We usually sign one which covers Saturday and Sunday. I note that I received two emailed release forms but they are both have Saturdays date.

Some people register for Friday as well.

Gotcha! One for Friday and one for Saturday/Sunday.
