Thanks

Hi Ashton,
Brenda registered for the endurance race but it didn't ask for any of the other riders info.
Is there something we are doing wrong? (most likely knowing us.)
Ken.

Nope. Additional entrants for endurance or sidecar are simply written in on the REGISTRANT's release form. That's a hot button item they're working on, but for this season that's how we're handling it.

Noted some odd things when I setup my registration on ST. Not problems, just odd behavior, or maybe its just me. :)

I hit backspace (<--) button to clear an entry and it took me back in pages vs back space the line I was on.

For daytime contact, I wanted to change the number but when i tried to copy over it with another number it dropped the last two digits and would not let me put them back in. However the backspace fixed that as I went back a page, came forward and the old number was put back in place so I left well enough alone.

At the end, after I save and get the message to check my email, I click the link to be returned to VRRA page and it takes me to the Refund Form link! Trying to tell me something? :)

Like I said, odd stuff. Otherwise, painless and worked. Now to register for Grand Bend.

I registered for GB with no problems. I did notice that the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE portion hasn't been updated to reflect the race at GB. It still refers to Shannonville.

From your rider home page, click the button that says "edit VRRA membership info" From that page, click on the button that says "edit vehicle number". You can then enter in any 3-digit number you like. If it's taken it will stop you. Keep entering numbers until you find one you like and is available.

As of this morning, that is fixed.

What was killing me was the fact that we have to re-do our curent mail-in registration forms for every round so that the track, event, and date are "named" in the signed release form on page 2 of the current mail in form. (still do) The on-line release form is simply a reflection of that same registration form, but filled out electroniclly, and because a major portion of the stuff you fill out on the paper form is stored electronically, the on-line form is shorter, and all on one page. And now, with some work, the track, event, and date are named on the same form, in big red letters at the top. The "danger" with our system of naming events, and having to change that release form is that electronically you can sign up for the entire year in one sitting, and run into the issue you guy's have had of having the wrong info on the form. Now the form is reflective of the track and a very simple wording change in the waiver rectified the issue. Getting the track, event, and date on top was a little bit trickyer...

So yes, please go to your rider home page and re-print the release form. There are 20 of you who will need to do this for the races you've pre-purchased. Thanks!!
