I am delighted to announce that we have a volunteer coordinator for 2012. Bob Smith has willingly stepped up to offer us his services as our new volunteer coordinator for the upcoming season. Bob has been provided with all the information which Dominic and I have been using for the past couple of years and I know he is planning an interesting new approach to help us find fresh volunteers for our events this year. Bob has asked me to let you know that he will be in touch with all of our trusty & true teams of volunteers as soon as he can and he looks forward to meeting with many of you. I think I have sent most of our team leaders our annual schedule for 2012 and we are looking forward to seeing you all at our events. Many thanks to all of you for all of your help at our events, you are the central reason why we can boast of such successful events over the years. :D
We are still looking for a Registrar. :( Unfortunately I cannot send out registration forms for 2012, until we have a Registrar. If you are a happy computer operator who loves playing with databases we would love to hear from you. For more information about this position, please contact one of the Executive members listed here: Michael Vinten: m.vinten@sympatico.ca, Don Gosen: dgosen@gosenelectric.ca or Pat Nicholson: nicspics-vrra@bell.net or Tim at tim.stover@sympatico.ca
Hope to hear from you very soon, as time is flying by.
Cheers
Pat
Welcome to the team Bob :D

strange how these seemingly less important positions, when absent bring the whole ball of wax to a standstill. Maybe we should attache more respect to them? Paul.

Paul that sounds like a sticky situation. Rodney would be proud of you.
