The Annual General Meeting of the VRRA will be held Nov 15, 2014 (1000 - 1600) in Montreal at the Sheraton Laval, 2440 Autoroute Des Laurentides, Laval QC, H7T 1X5. The agenda will follow the past few years, with reports relating to 2014, followed by the introduction of the new executive. The AGM will then cover new business, including items raised by the members. If you wish to raise a topic for discussion, please send it to me and I will include it on the agenda. All topics raised by a member must be presented by that member or his/her delegate. To improve knowledge of the topics and reduce time needed to discuss at the AGM, they should be discussed on the members only forum. Please keep each topic separate. The draft agenda and proxy form will be posted under"Downloads".
