There are 4 single digit race numbers available right now!
You will have to apply to Tim with your race resume and bona fides

The numbers are 2, 4, 5 and 6

From the Rule Book, Section 7

7 RACE NUMBERS
7a Racing members must select a number between 2 and 999. Four digit numbers, letters, or symbols
are not allowed. The following numbers have been permanently retired and will not be re-issued: 41
and 313

Others have mentioned #6, I'm not sure what happened there, but it did not make it into the rule book!
