Roebling was really cold and windy. The headwind on the long straight was brutal.I put my GPS down the front of my leathers and the highest reading was 120mph.Will Harding(AHRMA) was beside me on the grid and I smoked him on the start.Three corners later on a straight his BMW pulled away from the Kawasaki like I was sitting still. The funny part is only the 2 of us showed up for the heavyweight class.I prefer the sound of second place rather than last.Great fun though and it felt good to be back on the track.Met some really nice people.Brock showed up and we went with 2 buddies to Savanna for a night on the town.Luckily I had to race the next day so they had a designated driver.

I like the fact that you still have the fork reflectors in place. Thats classic!!! Looks great leaned over like that.

What's the bellypan made from?
Quinte TT 2009. I came, I raced, I'm still grinning!!! Best vacation ever!!!
Thanks Brian Daigle, and Everyone in VRRA.

The belly pan is made from bendable aluminum-folded lap joints, pop riveted,JB weld and bondo. Then painted and car door edge trim added.I made a cardboard template first with duct tape. There's very little room between the headers and drain plug-a strategic blow with a ball pein hammer at the drain plug location was the finishing touch. The bendable aluminum is available from metal suppliers in different sizes and thickness, and is pretty easy to work with.
