projects

its quiet on the site. what is everyone doing this winter. any new builds, old teams coming back. as for me a p2 engine should be in the works but I like the 650 p1. I know its a dead class p1 but at Barber when it was going before a small glitch it was competitve with p2 bikes, a 4th or 5th place ride and thats a stock engine. so who knows,. its all cubic dollars and I dont have any. but in the basement is lots of parts. let me see what can we cobble together. wont use the cam that wore the lobes off this year, great gas mileage. didnt use a tank of fuel at any race , sweet street ride but kind of slow, you know when the flys walk around on your visor, the chassis is now sorted to my style and is a sweet ride. the chassis is a GBF made by Paul Whittaker.try one a sorted proven product. catch you people later

That's my buddy George

I think it is in the cards that Don and I team up again for the 2012 season.
With any luck Barber will not be the only race in the states.
See you next season at the track.

Working toward a P2 BMW rig for next year.
I will need you all to please slow down so I can learn the tracks.
Wishing it was spring already.

You have to remember If it is not a Yamaha it is a BMW or at least it seems that way.
Yes there is you with the Triumph and the other team with the Norton and finally the billet Vincent.

Ok; what happened to Willy Guzzi, the couple of T500 Suzuki's, the Benneli project, Brian's BSA, Karls Kawi triple (ex Ozzie Auer), there are at least two Honda twins, there were two Yamaha 2 strokes out, the KR Harley, Peter with the beret and rubber boots Triumph, just off the op. Paul.

well, maybe I will have to get the old rigid out and stretch its legs. it seems to be wanting some exercise. I think it would be a lively ride.

You might just kill the old horse with too much sudden activity. Better leave it graze in its old age.
Now if we had a chance to do a few lunch break spectator laps at its own speed.... Paul.
