New P2 sidecar award

Courtesy if Dave Mascioli, this year end award is intended to encourage more teams to attend all 4 VRRA events. I would like to say I have no desire to win it but that might be the last independent decision I make. Paul.

Yup Dave Mas. is pretty awesome (I read that in the ladies washroom, not saying what I was doing in there)
