Mosport and/or North Bay

Postby Russ » Mon Aug 11, 2008 8:46 am

Is anyone in need of a passenger for Mosport and/or North Bay. I am licensed but inexperienced. Looking to gain experience and help out.
Thank you.

My advice is to turn up for Friday, there may be some rigs turning up minus passengers, you never know. The only way to get experience is to be there, and make your presence be known.

good luck,

Ian

Ian is right.
The more you show your face the better it is.
Just remember to bring your gear Just in case.
Good luck finding a ride.

I know someone who was planning to practice on Friday until he found out his passenger would not make it until Friday night.
He might be game with a little encouragment.

I'll back Ian's comment. Bring your gear to the track, introduce yourself to the teams, and let them know that you are ready, willing and equipped. Let Linda know, (she will have the blue Tilley Hat on at Pit Out, as well as probably a radio headset). Hang around with the sidecars, and people will know to pass your name out if someone arrives "passengerless" Good luck, and hope you can get a ride. :D
