Does anyone in the club do wheel lacing? I have a couple of new Excel rims and SS spoke/nipple kits that require expert attention...

Thanks,

Scott.

Hi Scott, Bill Murphy here, yes your pictures are being mailed out tomorrow. Just a tip on the lacing, and im not discounting anyone in the VRRA/or club of maintence people known, but when i asked for this service in the Peterborough area, most of the Dealers ,and Bike salvage places were using or recomending the Local Pro Bicycle shop as there reliable Expert fix. Who Knew?
Just a thought, Take care Bill Murphy. :D

I realize it is a small percentage of wheels compared to solos, but anyone lacing a sidecar wheel should know they have to put much more heft into the final torque, Buchanan recommends 18 inch pounds. much less will result in broken spokes very quickly. Paul.
