Friday, Nov 1st

6pm to 10pm - Meet and Greet at the Cannery Social https://www.cannerysocial.com/kingston

(The Cannery will also be an option for a hot breakfast for those who are not previously registered for the AGM Meeting or would rather eat earlier, but this is not included in our AGM package)

Saturday, Nov 2nd

AGM Meeting
    9am - AGM Meeting Registration & Continental Breakfast (Ambassador East Ballroom)
    10am - AGM Meeting Begins
    12pm - AGM Meeting Lunch Buffet (Ambassador East Ballroom)
    2:45pm - AGM Meeting Afternoon Refreshments (Ambassador East Ballroom)

AGM Banquet
    5pm - Sign in to Banquet to confirm ticket purchases begins
    5pm to 11pm - Cash Bar (Ambassador West/Central Ballroom)
    6:30pm to 8pm - Dinner Buffet (Ambassador West/Central Ballroom)
    8pm - Award Presentations

Menus

AGM Meeting
    Continental Breakfast includes:
    • Baked breakfast pastries
    • Muffins & croissants
    • Whole wheat bagels w/ assorted cream cheese and peanut butter
    • Selection of fruit preserves & spreads
    • Fruit salad
    • Assorted individual Greek yogurts.
    • Fresh brewed coffee and selection of teas
    • Water Station

Lunch Buffet includes:
    • Organic mixed green salad
    • Mediterranean chickpea salad
    • Build your own sandwich bar w/ assorted deli cold cuts & cheese
    • Artisan breads & rolls
    • Dessert Squares
    • Freshly brewed coffee & selection of teas
    • Assorted canned soft drinks

Afternoon Refreshment includes:
    • Seasonal fruit smoothie shooters
    • DoubleTree cookies
    • Freshly brewed coffee & selection of teas

AGM Banquet

Dinner Buffet:
    • Pan Seared Chicken Breast with port and mushroom demi
    • Slow Roast Beef Pot Roast with caramelized onions and roasted parsnip
    • Cheese Tortellini with julienne vegetables and Oka cheese sauce
    • Maple roasted seasonal squash soup with cinnamon cream
    • Warmed bread rolls with churned butter
    • Redskin potato salad with chive and grainy mustard dressing
    • Organic mixed greens with cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot and balsamic dressing
    • Roast red skin potatoes
    • Garden vegetable platter with roast red pepper hummus dip
    • Seasonal vegetables
    • Diced fresh fruit with caramel and berry sauces
    • Assorted mini pastries

CASH BAR will be open before and after dinner in the Ambassador West/Central Ballroom.
