Does the VRRA still accept another clubs license for a 1 weekend event or are you now required to purchase a 1 weekend event license?

We have always required the purchase of a license whether full or one event.

The fact that you have a license now or in the past fulfills the requirement to complete a school to be eligible for a license.

Do we actually receive a license or just a payment receipt?
