So, before you can register to race, it is a prerequisite to sign a waiver that it is mandatory and the responsibility of the rider to ensure that they have a medical data carrier filled in and attached to their helmet. Pretty straightforward, right? So how come we had 5 riders without them at pit out at Shannonville? Can you say death wish?
