There has been a few people buy tickets for the September Shannonville event and they have sent an email asking why they got tickets for the Mosport that is already past.

The name on the September ticket is 2024 Grand Prix. That is not the Mosport event. The name on those tickets was 2024 Vintage Festival.

If you get a ticket that says 2024 Grand Prix, its all good.

Thanks.

Larry. Can you PM me and let me know the email address you were using and I'll check it out. I have no access to ypour private information but can tell you what the error code means

The VRRA doesn't process payments or store any payment information. Its for liability issues. We dont even put cookies on your PC or Phone. its all forwarded to PayPay

I can see an order in the log that Paypal threw and exception due to an AVS issue (Address Verification System). Its one of the ways - actually the main way - of validating "card-not-present" (web/phone/mail/etc.) transactions. The message is sent to the card issuer, and the card issuer returns a code which indicates, basically, a perfect match, a partial match, or "couldn't verify" (in reality, there are more than 20 different codes).

If I were a betting man I'd guess that you may have a card from the Royal Bank :D

In the meantime you could try a different card or just use paypal direct
