Electronic Waiver with no Mobile Device

I don't have a mobile device, can't sign and receive the electronic waiver, paper copy not acceptable.
Ideas please.

Hi Pat,

Just show up at registration and I or one of the other registration staff will use their phone to get you signed up. We do that for a half dozen members every year.
