Next Year's Vintage Festival

As well as being a member of the VRRA, I am also a member of the CVMG. Both groups can be considered 'Special Interest' groups, but share the same theme - vintage motorcycles. It seems to me that there would be benefit in holding a joint event at Mosport next year which could include a vintage rally and swap-meet. I would see this as a win-win situation. We could share the cost so that entry fees can be maintained and we would have more spectators watching our event which might generate new racers who would like to try the sport. Is there any interest out there? I'd be interested in opening a discussion and in hearing anyone's opinion.

I think this is an excellent idea, and long overdue.
Plenty of space around the park, camping as at Paris, could be
in the west side of the lower levels, swap meet in the paved section
where the motorcycle training course usually is.
If we can make this work, the event would rival Barber Vintage festival or
the mid-Ohio of the past.
Let’s get this organized!
