First reply to my own post :) Pulled the right side cover, and found nothing loose flopping etc. As the noise is only in gear (and I think while stopped specifically) I decide to pull the cluch pressure plate and friction/steel plates. Paging Rick Kopeschny/Bike makes bad noise when in gear

Rick, bike makes a terrible noise in any gear and the clutch is dragging, is this what it did before I picked it up? If so what is whas the cure. All with CB350 knowledge, any thoughts as I get started opening it up? It is perfectly quiet in neutral, whirring, scraping noise starts in gear. Scarboro...

Seb, at Shannonville this year a GS425 (?) won in a class (not sure which) where it was outmatched. It was in the rain, the great equalizer, but shows that much is possible based on the rider.
