Re: Info needed.

Thanks Derek.....what's your bike #? Yes we will be collecting for the food bank at Shannonville. I will put a reminder on the FB page and here somewhere too. You aren't allowed to use your name "Strange" as you are no longer a part of "strange Relics" and I copyrighted it.........

Re: Endurance Team Riders

Steve, with only one lap in.....Greg was absolutely right. And Kirby.....I'm not so sure about swapping bikes mid way through. Have to think about that. It is an endurance race. Not two sprint races stuck together. When you enter a bike , that's the bike entered in the race and on the score sheet. ...

Re: 3 Hour Endurance race at Calabogie?

I am not sure what percentage of our members have actually ridden at Calabogie, we know some have done track days and some P4 guys did the CSBK support race. Therefore, new track to many, quite technical, so shortening practice would seem counter productive. Those on older bikes may not want to do ...

Re: 3 Hour Endurance race at Calabogie?

to quote.... however that extra hour will cut Friday practice that much shorter.....a lot of track to learn in so little practice time as it is without shortening the time.... just sayin.... So enter the End.Race - find a co-rider you trust with a similar bike,go at your own pace,on and off when yo...

Re: Sidecar width?

I am actually wondering if the answer is a roll back tow truck at each event...? That would work great, especially if more than "lost a wheel" is the issue and the sidecar has to be winched onto the platform. But they don't come cheap for a whole weekend just in case a sidecar needs one.Or ...

Re: Sidecar width?

P1,P2 and P3 sidecars are restricted to a max. width of 72" with maximum track of 44" and minimum ground clearance of 3".My Whittaker built rig will fit through the 57" rear opening of a Chev van and is about 7 ft long.Width at the tires is 42".One thing to keep in mind is t...

Re: FZR400 FS

A 120 is too wide for the 3" front wheel. Back in around '95 when I got my Fizzer the previous owner, the "Racin' Mason",had a 110-17 radial on the front and a 150-18 Metzeler Comp K bias-ply on the rear.Seemed to work fine. The Metzeler was pricey, though.Eventually a 150-18 radial beca...

Re: 2015 Endurance Race Results

I just thought the Endurance teams who put effort into the 2015 series would like the results, still do, fair enough? An acknowledgement at the AGM for the Teams competing in the 2015 series would have been nice as well. In my opinion Endurance racing has been a lost puppy with the VRRA for a long ...

Re: New endurance racing section!

As there are no specific practice session listed for endurance on Friday, does this mean that endurance riders may practice at their leisure?
