aside from the fact it never came about till 1982 (end of P3)
...why would you want to race a drum braked cruiser?

I've used the VHT (?) bbq paint with good result.
Make sure it's the 1800 deg. stuff, the 1300 deg stuff just burns off
Two or three coats should do it.
