Thanks Jim. A mechanic friend advised me specific solution for specific problem (makes sense). Larger rotors are for overheating. brake upgrade

Looking for best way to improve front brake performance. Recently installed CBR 600F2/3 front end on my '86 VFR, 17" wheels back and front. Handling is vastly improved but braking power is merely adequate. Using 276mm F2 rotors, maybe not enough to stop the extra 100 lbs or so of the VFR. I hav...
