well season is over. mine was dismal but in a way productive. will have more time next year to devote to the cause. are any new teams in the works? I have not yet decided what outfit to run, the kneeler or the big wheeler. in any case a roller could be forsale. so in any case I should try to get to ...

try the track

was entertaining, real keen people. had a fellow on my rig that was really pumped, helmet cam and all, maybe he will take the plunge. actually that was my longest time on the track all weekend. worth it

sidecar race

a real good race, with drama, spills, the whole bit. unfortunately, I sat on corner one with other none runners ,with a tear in my beer. so how about a mid afternoon race? talked to a load of people that missed the race. first in the afternoon is good. see you at the next meet

problem is there isnt enough outfits around. so we keep the playing field level. if you want a 3 or 4 cylinder go to P3. they have wide tyres and front or rear exit. as far as spoke wheels go lots to choose from. have not seen a 750 twin shred a wheel . not enough power. the only car techno I see is...

would a 500 Suzuki be competitive, maybe . it was at one time 650 overhead cam and 750 push rod twin now its 750 across the board and who knows what for BMW . p1 is a good class but seems big inch is what its all about. anyone have a picture of a 650 yam outfit in the period 69- 70
