Re: Absolutely wonderful Rig for sale

Hello Mal. sorry to see this no one will keep this bike as neat as you and Jan have, but certainly know how you feel. The same sentiments crop up here as well, Marie is the anchour presently, she never looks at the website, maybe that's the answer As Mat said Ban the forum and save the club. Paul.

Ormstown section CVMG trials

Interesting write up in the CVMG newsletter with a Mr Mick Andrews at the Ormstown trails weekend. A Brian Carrol of no fixed address attempted to run the creek section with his sidecar in the inverted position so as to increase the difficulty. Is this the same Brian Carrol we are familiar with in P...

Malcolm and Jan won the heat with Marie and I close on their tails. in the final Malcolm gave me the hole shot and we lead for 4 laps until the top vibrated off one carb. I sc...

Welcome to this very special sport. Marie and I wish you all the best in the future and hope the new team enjoy it for as long as we have. Strange that Len would let you stick him with all the work? Paul.

Re: Mosport

Hi Roger, normally I get what needs doing on my bike during the evenings, this last one I took two full days off work as well, often looking for parts, cleaning them before installation. Then at the track it was constant looking for the RPM breakdown, even after the race looking for a short which bl...

Re: Mosport

some would call that masochism, but I understand and am glad. I have never wrenched as much in one week, as prior and during the last weekend. It paid off and we had a good run with a bike which went well during the race, even though two faster teams hit us out of the park. Thanks to all the US team...

Re: sidecars in the future

Hello Paul, don't get your knickers in a knot. Allen came back from a SRA round with Craig last weekend and said that Rob was there helping get his old short bike sorted out for the new owner. I then asked if he has thought more about selling the P2 which has sat in the garage since he bought it. Al...

sidecars in the future

If you have been following the forum of late, there is a growing momentum for dropping VRRA sidecars due to poor attendance. Ironically the straw seems to have been the inclusion of the F1-2 at Mosport and resulting loss of track time for all. I say Ironic since the last time the SRA were to run at ...
