Re: Final Seasons results

Hi Mat. I'm still coming up with 57 - DNS, 15, DNS, DNS, DNS, 13, 12, 17 Could you do me a favour and either clear the cache in your browser or use incognito mode and go back to the page. The shortcode for that table is the same as the one for the 2023 results and I'm wondering if the old table is s...

Re: Final Seasons results

Thanks John. Yes, there was quite a few from this round. People also changed numbers - and even names - during the year or entered wrong class so I think that's all resolved as well. Many thanks to Timothy for all the help There were also issues where people who were in heats or finals with multiple...

Final Seasons results

I was hoping to have this posted today but when I ran the application against the data that was collected over the weekend it failed. There is just some weird stuff in Mylaps (e.g. duplicate numbers in the same class) and I'll have to compare it manually with Timothy's paper copies. Just want to mak...

Re: Notice of Appreciation

I'll second that.

Re: Paging Mark Morrow...

WTH. When did that happen. Hope he's OK

He was able to put me in contact with a guy in Florida who shipped them to me but I've lost both their contact info. They were on an old work PC that had to go back to China Telecom.

Paging Mark Morrow...

Looking for Marks contact information, I had it but I can find it. I don't think he is a member on the board and I'm not sure if he is coming to Shannonville or not. I didn't see him enter yet. He was kind enough to source a couple of tires for me in the past and I need a couple more. You can PM me....

Wanted - Hawk or FZR400

We had been planning on building a P2 CB350 for next year (not for me, I'm obviously too fat) but its almost impossible to get bits and pieces in Canada. Since its the end of the season I was wondering if anyone was considering selling a Hawk or FZR400. There is a very healthy amount of competitors ...

Re: Honda CB350f.

Thanks Chris. Let me see if I can track him down. I can't get on Facebook and I think most of the VRRA posts there now. He did contact Wiseco and Omega and they can do custom but have a minimum order and its not cheap. He's trying to find an alternative in their catalog that has a similar bore, crow...

Re: I'm looking for a Drixton frame for a Honda CB

Thanks Chris. I'll reach out on email. The problem with the CB and SL frame is that they both have that "tube" running from the top of the frame down to bottom of the frame directly behind the engine. I've mocked the motor up with both and I just cant get the carbs on as they sit exactly i...

Posting for a friend - Suzuki RM400 motor

Posting this for a friend. This may be a bit of a long shot but he is looking for an air cooled Suzuki RM400 motor. I believe they were made from 1978 to 1980. Stuck is fine, he already has spare pistons and what not, but cases need to be in good condition. Its for a vintage MX bike he is restoring....

Re: Grand Bend Festival of Speed

Thanks Lyssa.

I got hold of Matt Gill and he was able to steer me in the right direction. All registered. It’s our first time so really looking forward to it.

VRRA Videos

We are going to give the web site a bit of a face lift and i'm looking for some high quality video that we can use to make a short highlight reel for the front page. HD would be fine, 4K would be even better. Not looking for a lot of on bike stuff, I think stuff shot of bikes on the track, starts or...

Re: Offshore "Mikuni" Clone Carbs - Any Good?

Pat. I'm not sure if this is helpful but my experience with the OKO clones has been good. I have a set of 28mm Keihin PWK copies on a RD350. The finish is definitely not as good and there is a lot more casting flash on the outside compared to the Keihins. The machined surfaces inside though are fine...
