So…..Pro track Shanny, I blow up on the back straight. I pull off the track into Fabi pits. I remove the transponder and walk back (off track) to the live pits where the transponder gets fastened up to the waiting bike and away I go!

I don’t have a problem with this. The likelihood of all the prerequisites being met are pretty slim IMO, but who knows the race that gets saved may be ours.

From the rule book: 2d Each rider may compete for no more than one hour plus 2 laps in total for a 2 hour race. Red flag time does not count towards the one hour plus 2 lap limit. It could be argued that this rule does not apply as the race is now 3 hours and not the 2 specified. I don’t care either...

My thought was that both swing arm “fins” and front brake lever guards were mandatory. I can’t find mention of either in the rule book. Am I missing anything?

What if we are that racer who missed pre-registration? We have purchased tickets from the track but that is all so far…..hypothetically speaking. What are their options if they find or finish a bike by Friday?

Begs more questions: Is this the start of the makeup weekend, or are we coming on a Thursday for just one day? If this is the make up W/E, it is a conflict with SOAR, just sayin.
